Understand a Sewing Pattern

Please note there is no sewing involved in this class. Handouts will be given to take home.

How to choose the correct size for your measurements. 
How to prepare the paper pattern
How to adapt the pattern for your size and measurements
Layout diagrams and how to pin the pattern onto your fabric
What all the markings and symbols mean
Following the instructions
 
If you wish to bring along a pattern you are working with please do so on the evening. I will strive to go through anyone's patterns. Questions are encouraged.
